1. About these terms
My Link Contact is operated by Mihail-Vlad Prajescu, a sole trader based in Northamptonshire, United Kingdom. Contact info@mylink.contact or use our contact form. These terms cover your use of the website and business workspace. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of the business you are authorised to represent. Creating an account does not create a paid subscription.
2. Business customers and account authority
My Link Contact is a business-to-business service. Accounts and subscriptions are for use in your trade, business or profession, including if you are a sole trader. We do not offer subscriptions for personal or household use. You must be at least 18 and have authority to accept these terms for the business. A sole trader enters the agreement in their own name; someone representing a company acts on that company’s behalf. This does not exclude any protection that the law requires us to provide.
The service is intended for businesses in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, including companies and sole traders or sole proprietors. The website and support are provided in English. We are not launching or marketing the service in the European Union at this stage. This market scope does not remove mandatory rights or duties that apply under local law. An account holder must be authorised to represent the business and keep its details accurate. Free includes one primary administrator. PRO includes five additional users plus the primary administrator (six people). Each optional five-user pack costs £5/month, excluding VAT. The primary administrator is excluded from the user allowance. PRO supports additional Administrator, Billing and User roles. Downgrading to Free pauses access for everyone except the primary administrator.
Each team member must use their own account. Keep credentials and recovery methods secure, remove access when a colleague leaves and tell Support promptly about suspected unauthorised access. Administrators are responsible for managing their business’s team permissions.
3. What My Link Contact provides
The service offers business profiles, product and service listings, current business requests, discovery and mutually accepted introductions. It is not a party to contracts between members and does not manage their work, chats or commercial payments. Membership does not guarantee leads, replies, sales or revenue.
4. Membership allowances
Free includes 15 published listings and five outgoing introduction requests per month. PRO is £39 per month, excluding VAT, with 100 listings, 50 outgoing requests, personalised recommendations and invitations for verified members. Both plans can receive and accept introductions without using their outgoing allowance, subject to recipient and misuse controls.
The planned PRO listing pack adds 10 listings for £5 per month, excluding VAT. Paid subscriptions and add-on purchases are not currently available. Any PRO access granted for testing or rollout is not a paid subscription. Before accepting payment, we will show the price, any applicable tax, renewal, cancellation and refund terms. We will not charge you without your agreement.
Mihail-Vlad Prajescu is not currently registered for UK VAT. No UK VAT is currently charged by My Link Contact. The advertised paid-plan amounts are proposed prices before any applicable tax, not a statement that VAT is being collected. If paid subscriptions become available, checkout will identify the seller, the total payable and any tax before you confirm a purchase. A third-party seller may have different tax obligations from the operator of this website.
5. Introductions and contact information
An outgoing request uses an allowance when it is validly made available to the recipient. Ordinary rejection does not restore it. Each business chooses whether to accept. Approved introduction contact details are shared after both agree. Members must respect the agreed purpose and any request to stop contact.
6. Member content and conduct
Members must have permission to use submitted descriptions, images and links. Content must accurately represent their business and must not impersonate others, infringe rights, promote unlawful activity, disclose another person’s private information without authority or harass recipients. Use the report controls or contact Support to raise misuse concerns. The platform owner reviews reports and may restrict access to protect members or meet legal obligations.
You retain your rights in the content you submit. You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed to provide the service and follow your publication and sharing choices. This does not transfer ownership of your content to us. You must tell colleagues whose details you add how their information will be used and have a lawful basis for sharing it.
Do not harvest member contact details, send unsolicited bulk messages, bypass access controls or use the service to distribute malicious software. My Link Contact’s branding, software and site design remain the property of their respective rights holders. Access to the service does not give you permission to resell it or copy another member’s material.
7. Verification and due diligence
Business checks cover selected evidence and account authority. They do not guarantee solvency, quality, professional suitability or future conduct. Members should make their own enquiries before engaging another business.
AI-assisted recommendations
Personalised recommendations use OpenAI to compare published business profiles, offers and business requests. They suggest possible suppliers, customers, referral partners or collaborators. Suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect. They are not an endorsement, business check or promise of a successful introduction. Review the supporting profile information and make your own decision before contacting or engaging another business.
AI does not accept introductions, approve business claims or enter contracts for you. You can browse All businesses without requesting AI recommendations. Publishing business information can make it eligible for recommendations to other members. Do not include confidential or sensitive personal information in published descriptions. Our Privacy Policy explains the OpenAI data flow.
Claims, research and external links
We may prepare company records from public sources to support business discovery and claims. An unclaimed record does not imply membership, endorsement or permission to act for that business. Claimants must provide accurate information and authority evidence when requested. Ownership disputes and requests to correct or remove a record can be raised through Support. Links to business websites and public review services lead to independently operated services; their content and terms remain their responsibility.
8. Suspension, cancellation and disputes
Contact Support to request account closure, data access or a review of a restriction. Access may be restricted for unauthorised use, false business details, harassment, security incidents or legal requirements. We will explain the reason where lawful and appropriate. Commercial disputes between members remain between those members, subject to applicable law. Paid cancellation, renewal and refund terms will be provided before any paid subscription is offered.
Account closure and removal from the directory are separate from deletion of every record. The Privacy Policy explains retention, legal exceptions and information already shared with other businesses. You can raise a complaint through Support and ask for a review of the response.
9. Responsibility and applicable law
We take reasonable care in providing the service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or the accuracy of information supplied by other businesses. You remain responsible for checking suitability and agreeing terms directly with a business before doing business with it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory protections that apply in your country. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without removing any right you have under mandatory law to bring proceedings elsewhere.
10. Changes and getting help
We may update these terms as the service develops. The date above identifies the current version. We will give notice of material changes where required. If you disagree with a change, contact Support to discuss it or close your account. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
